The team that structures the raw material supply stays close to the steel offtake. One file, both directions.
One Operations, Inc. is a two-way trading partner to steelmakers: raw materials from the Americas, finished steel from partner mills, and the financing and logistics that connect the two.
We buy raw materials in North, Central and South America — iron ore, coal, scrap, HBI and related inputs — and deliver them to steelmakers in China, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
At the same time, we buy finished steel from those mills: semi-finished, long and flat products that we distribute to customers. The same relationship runs in both directions.
We support the loop with working capital. By financing raw material supply and taking steel as offtake, we become more than a buyer or a seller — a long-term partner inside the mill’s flow.
“The strongest steel relationship is the one that works in both directions.”
Operating principle / One Operations
Not a pass-through. We take a position in the mill’s supply chain, share the risk and stay for the next cargo. That is what turns a transaction into a partnership.
Three operating principles shape every relationship, in both directions. They are deliberately simple — and deliberately non-negotiable.

Quality and documentation are checked at loading and discharge, in every market we serve.
Raw material, steel, freight, finance and insurance are planned as one loop, not six separate deals.
Our team has spent years inside steel mills, at raw material origins and in the documentation room. That experience covers iron ore and coal origination, production planning, vessel chartering, part-cargo shipping, insurance, letters of credit and claims.
It is the difference between knowing the market and knowing how to move a cargo through it.
Iron ore, coal and scrap sourcing across the Americas, with quality and logistics matched to the receiving mill.
Production planning, rolling schedules and offtake follow-up from the melt shop to the warehouse.
Bills of lading, certificates of origin, mill test certificates and the details that release a cargo.
Bulk, container and part-cargo planning between the Americas and Asia; working capital, letters of credit, receivables protection and cargo insurance.
Origins and destinations are matched to the specification, freight economics and terms — not to a fixed list.
Raw material cargoes or steel programs, priced against the right origin and delivered on a schedule that fits the mill or the customer.
