The relationship

One Operations, Inc. is an international trading company built around a two-way relationship with steelmakers. We source raw materials in the Americas, deliver them to mills in Asia, and purchase their finished steel for distribution.
That closed loop keeps supply moving in both directions: mills gain reliable raw material and working capital; customers gain steel from mills we know intimately. Price, credit, freight and documentation are handled as one commercial structure.
